ครั้งแรกในประเทศไทย ตำรวจสอบสวนกลาง CIB ผนึกกำลังภาคเอกชน จัดงาน “วิ่งเฉลิมพระเกียรติ CIB RUN เคียงข้างประชาชน” ณ สนามลู่ปั่นจักรยานเจริญสุขมงคลจิต สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ ตอกย้ำจุดยืน “มืออาชีพ เป็นกลาง เคียงข้างประชาชน”

ตำรวจสอบสวนกลาง CIB ผนึกกำลังร่วมกับหน่วยงานเอกชน จัดงานวิ่งเฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ พร้อมมอบของขวัญส่งเสริมสุขภาพส่งท้ายปลายปีให้กับประชาชน เชิญชวนนักวิ่งเปิดประสบการณ์พิเศษที่หาได้ยากกับงาน “วิ่งเฉลิมพระเกียรติ CIB RUN เคียงข้างประชาชน” ที่ สนามลู่ปั่นจักรยานเจริญสุขมงคลจิต ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ จ.สมุทรปราการ ในวันที่ 10 ธันวาคม 2566 ซึ่งเป็นครั้งแรกที่นักวิ่งจะได้ชมนิทรรศการเฉลิมพระเกียรติ ท้าความฟิตวิ่งเคียงข้าง

พลตำรวจโท จิรภพ ภูริเดช ผู้บัญชาการตำรวจสอบสวนกลาง, ชุดปฏิบัติการพิเศษหนุมาน และทีม Young Gen ทีมตำรวจยุคใหม่ จากตำรวจสอบสวนกลาง CIB โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนจากการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย, บริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน), บริษัท ปตท. น้ำมันและการค้าปลีก จำกัด (มหาชน) โดยมีบริษัท ไตรลีก (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด ผู้ชำนาญการด้านการจัดงานวิ่งมาราธอนเป็นที่ปรึกษาด้านการบริหารการจัดงาน ทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานภายใต้การกำกับดูแลของตำรวจสอบสวนกลาง (CIB) คาดว่าจะมีผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมไม่น้อยกว่า 10,000 คน งานนี้ฟรีไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายตลอดทั้งงาน

สำหรับงานนี้ถือเป็นการจัดงานวิ่งครั้งแรกของตำรวจสอบสวนกลาง (CIB) ซี่งได้รับการอนุญาตเป็นกรณีพิเศษ ให้ใช้สนามลู่ปั่นจักรยานเจริญสุขมงคลจิต ท่าอากาศยานสุวรรณภูมิ เป็นสถานที่จัดการแข่งขัน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ที่จะส่งเสริมให้ข้าราชการตำรวจมีสุขภาพกาย สุขภาพใจที่ดี จึงได้มีแนวคิดที่จะเชิญชวนประชาชนจากทุกภาคส่วน ทุกเพศทุกวัย ให้มาร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ อีกทั้ง ยังเป็นการแสดงพลังบวกในการร่วมกันจัดกิจกรรมในวันมหามงคล เนื่องในวโรกาสวันที่ 5 ธันวาคม 2566 ซึ่งเป็นวันคล้ายวันพระบรมราชสมภพของพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร และแสดงความจงรักภักดีต่อพระบาทสมเด็จพระปรเมนทรรามาธิบดี ศรีสินทรมหาวชิราลงกรณฯ พระวชิรเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว รัชกาลที่ 10 ด้วยการรวมใจวิ่งเฉลิมพระเกียรติ รวมถึงการสร้างการรับรู้ให้กองบัญชาการตำรวจสอบสวนกลางเป็นที่รู้จักอย่างทั่วถึง

ที่มาของโครงการ

กองบัญชาการตำรวจสอบสวนกลาง เป็นหน่วยงานในสังกัดสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ มีหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบด้านการป้องกันและปราบปรามอาชญากรรมเฉพาะทาง คดีที่มีความสลับซับซ้อนเกี่ยวเนื่องหลายท้องที่และคดีสำคัญที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อประชาชนเป็นวงกว้าง นอกจากนี้ยังมีภารกิจหลักในการถวายความปลอดภัยองค์พระมหากษัตริย์ พระราชินี รัชทายาท ผู้สำเร็จราชการแทนพระองค์ และพระบรมวงศานุวงศ์

ตลอดระยะเวลากว่า 82 ปีที่ผ่านมา จนถึงปัจจุบันที่มีพลตำรวจโท จิรภพ  ภูริเดช เป็นผู้บัญชาการตำรวจสอบสวนกลาง ได้มีการพัฒนาองค์กรและพัฒนาบุคลากร รวมถึงเครื่องมือในการปฏิบัติงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้พร้อมที่จะป้องกันปราบปรามอาชญากรรมเฉพาะทางให้ประชาชนได้รับความปลอดภัยอย่างสูงสุด โดยการส่งเสริมให้ข้าราชการตำรวจมีสุขภาพกาย สุขภาพใจที่ดี มีสภาพร่างกายที่แข็งแรงและมีบุคลิกภาพที่ดี ดังนั้น เพื่อให้บุคลากรในสังกัดได้ออกกำลังกายอย่างต่อเนื่องและสม่ำเสมอ สามารถเกิดประโยชน์ในวงกว้างยิ่งขึ้น จึงได้มีแนวคิดที่จะเชิญชวนประชาชนจากทุกภาคส่วน ทุกเพศทุกวัย ให้มาร่วมกิจกรรมเพื่อสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ อีกทั้ง ยังเป็นการแสดงพลังบวกในการร่วมกันจัดกิจกรรมในวันมหามงคล เนื่องในวโรกาสวันที่ 5 ธันวาคม 2566 ซึ่งเป็นวันคล้ายวันพระบรมราชสมภพพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร ด้วยการรวมใจวิ่งเฉลิมพระเกียรติ แสดงความจงรักภักดีรวมถึงการสร้างการรับรู้ให้กองบัญชาการตำรวจสอบสวนกลางเป็นที่รู้จักอย่างทั่วถึง รวมตลอดจนเพื่อเสริมสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดี และเป็นการแสวงหาความร่วมมือจากพี่น้องประชาชนได้อย่างยั่งยืน

เป้าหมาย ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมรวมทั้งสิ้น 8,500 คน ดังนี้

• วิ่ง 23 กิโลเมตร จำนวน 3,000 คน
• วิ่ง 10 กิโลเมตร  จำนวน 3,000 คน
• วิ่งฟันรัน  4.5 กิโลเมตร จำนวน 500 คน
• วิ่งแฟมิลี่รัน (ทีม 2 หรือ 3 คน) 1.5 กิโลเมตร จำนวน 500 คน
• เจ้าหน้าที่, ข้าราชการตำรวจ และครอบครัว จำนวน 1,500 คน

วันอาทิตย์ที่ 10 ธันวาคม 2566 เวลา 03.00-08.30* น. (*สามารถรับเสื้อที่ระลึกในช่วงเวลาที่กำหนด ทั้งก่อนและหลังแข่งขัน)

นักวิ่งจะต้องนำเบอร์แข่งขัน BIB มาแสดง ณ จุดรับแลกเสื้อที่ระลึก ณ บริเวณลานอเนกประสงค์ ของสนามลู่ปั่นฯ โดยฝ่ายจัดการแข่งขันฯ ได้จัดให้มีจุดบริการรับฝากของ ในบริเวณพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง

04.50 – 04.57 น.   พิธีเปิด ประธาน และคณะผู้จัดงานฯ กล่าวอวยพร (ระยะ 23 กม./10 กม.)

จุดปล่อยตัว ณ บริเวณทางเข้าสนามลู่ปั่นฯ วิ่งทวนเข็มนาฬิการวมระยะทั้งสิ้น 23 กม. ระหว่างเส้นทางมีจุดบริการน้ำดื่ม-เกลือแร่-ผลไม้ และจุดพยาบาล ทุกๆ 2 กม.

การบันทึกเวลา: นักวิ่งของระยะนี้ทุกท่าน จะได้รับ BIB จับเวลา และมีการบันทึกเวลาแข่งขันอย่างเป็นทางการ และจะได้รับประกาศนียบัตร (E-Certificate) ให้แก่ทุกท่าน ที่สามารถเข้าเส้นชัยได้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด

จุดปล่อยตัว ณ บริเวณ กม.14 ของสนามลู่ปั่นฯ วิ่งทวนเข็มนาฬิการวมระยะทั้งสิ้น 10 กม. ระหว่างเส้นทางมีจุดบริการน้ำดื่ม-เกลือแร่-ผลไม้ และจุดพยาบาล ทุกๆ 2 กม. โดยท่านจะต้องวิ่งผ่าน จุดเส้นชัยของระยะ 23 กม. (เข้าเส้นชัยคนละจุด) และไป U-turn 1 กม. หน้าจุดปล่อยตัวของระยะ 23 กม.

การบันทึกเวลา: นักวิ่งของระยะนี้ทุกท่าน จะได้รับ BIB จับเวลา และมีการบันทึกเวลาแข่งขันอย่างเป็นทางการ และจะได้รับประกาศนียบัตร (E-Certificate) ให้แก่ทุกท่าน ที่สามารถเข้าเส้นชัยได้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด

จุดปล่อยตัว ณ บริเวณทางขึ้น SKY BRIDGE  เวลา 06.00 น. นักวิ่งจะต้องวิ่งขึ้น SKY BRIDGE มุ่งหน้าไปลานจอดรถระยะยาว (Long-Term Parking) จากนั้นวิ่งลงมากลับตัว ที่บริเวณจุดกลับตัว ณ ลานจอดดังกล่าว วิ่งย้อนกลับในเส้นทางเดิม

เส้นชัย ณ บริเวณทางลง SKY BRIDGE เวลาตัดตัว 07.00 น.

ไม่มีการบันทึกเวลา ในระยะนี้

ฟรี! ไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายในการสมัคร

ด้วยโครงการ ฯ จัดทำขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ อีกทั้งยังเป็นการสนับสนุนให้ เด็ก เยาวชน และประชาชนทุกเพศ ทุกวัย หันมาสนใจในสุขภาพ ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางสำคัญในการแก้ปัญหายาเสพติด ปัญหาทางด้านสังคม และเป็นการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนให้ดีขึ้น  อีกทั้งเป็นการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวตามนโยบายรัฐบาล โครงการนี้จึงไม่คิดค่าสมัครกับผู้ที่มาร่วมกิจกรรมทุกคน

เหรียญรางวัล (จำนวน 7,000 เหรียญ)

นักวิ่งทุกท่าน ที่สามารถผ่านเข้าเส้นชัยในระยะต่างๆ ได้ในเวลาที่กำหนด (Cut-Off Time) จะได้รับเหรียญรางวัล

ผลที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ

1) ข้าราชการตำรวจในสังกัด ประชาชน รวมถึงผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม มีความตระหนักถึงการมีสุขภาพที่ดี หันมาสนใจการออกกำลังกายมากขึ้น มีสุขภาพพลานามัยที่สมบูรณ์แข็งแรง ส่งผลต่อการใช้ชีวิตและการทำงานอย่างมีความสุข

2) กองบัญชาการตำรวจสอบสวนกลางร่วมกับการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย สนองนโยบายรัฐบาลว่าด้วยยุทธศาสตร์ซอฟต์ พาวเวอร์ (Soft Power) ด้วยการนำประชาชนมาร่วมกันสร้างพลังบวก แสดงถึงความสามัคคีและความจงรักภักดีต่อสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์

3) ตำรวจสอบสวนกลาง หน่วยงานภาครัฐ และภาคเอกชน รวมถึงประชาชนโดยทั่วไปมีความสัมพันธภาพที่ดีต่อกัน

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. GENERAL

CIB RUN 2023 is hosted by the Crime Investigation Bureau (referred to herein as “CIB”) and organised by Thailand Tri-League Co., Ltd. in accordance with these Rules and Regulations (the “R&Rs”) and all the terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) applicable to the Participants, which can be found at www.cibrun.com (the “Official Website”). By continuing to use CIB RUN’s services, accessing any part of the website www.cibrun.com, registering for the CIBRUN, submitting information to CIBRUN (and/ or its related entities) whether for the purpose of registering for the CIBRUN or otherwise, or using any features of the aforementioned website, you signify that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Privacy Policy set forth below (as amended from time to time) in respect of CIBRUN’s collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. Further, you hereby expressly agree and consent to CIBRUN’s (including its related entities, as well as their respective agents’), collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, in the manner set forth in the aforementioned Policy. Completion of the online registration form confirms the Participant’s agreement to abide by these R&Rs. Registration for the race is only confirmed upon payment and issuance of a race identification number. The Participant agrees to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about the Participant contained in the registration form (the “Personal Information”); (ii) maintain the security of the Participant’s password and identification; and (iii) maintain and promptly update of Personal Information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. CIBRUN may contact the Participant from time to time by email. Any notice sent to the email address registered with CIBRUN shall be deemed as received by the Participant. If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if CIBRUN has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, CIBRUN may suspend or terminate the Participant’s registration and refuse Participants any and all future use of the Official Website (or any parts thereof). No changes to registration details are permitted once registration is completed. (Exceptions may only be made for crucial details, e.g., Emergency contact person) CIBRUN reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these R&Rs and/or T&Cs from time to time as CIBRUN deems fit. If there is ambiguity in any of these provisions, CIBRUN shall be the authority to interpret these provisions and in so doing, CIBRUN will take into account the interests of all the affected Participants. Any amendments to these R&Rs and/or T&Cs will be updated on the Official Website. CIBRUN reserves the right to cancel the CIB RUN 2023 at any time without prior notice to the Participant, in which case they will make reasonable effort to inform the Participant prior to the date of the event. If the CIB RUN 2023 is cancelled, there shall be no refund of fees paid. None of CIBRUN, CIB, Event Sponsors or Co-Sponsors shall be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused. CIBRUN reserves the right to amend the CIB RUN 2023 race routes as CIBRUN deems fit for the safety of the Participant and/or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event, at any time without prior notice to the Participant. In such cases, every effort will be made to inform the Participant prior to the day / date of the event. None of CIB, CIBRUN, Event Sponsors or Co-Sponsors shall be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused.

2. SAFETY AND OTHER PRECAUTIONS

Whilst reasonable precautions will be taken by CIBRUN to ensure the Participants’ safety, the Participant takes part in CIB RUN 2023 and its fringe activities (pacer runs, workshops, clinics or any other activity related to CIBRUN) at his or her own risk. To the fullest extent permissible by law, none of CIB, CIBRUN, Event Sponsors or Co-Sponsors will be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from training for or during participation in CIB RUN 2023. The Participant is strongly encouraged to consult his or her medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.

A Participant must retire from the race immediately if required to do so by any member of the official medical staff, race director, referee and/or security officer (collectively, “Staff”) for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to the reasons stated in these rules and regulations. The decision of any such Staff member is final.

3. RACE

The form on the reverse side of the Participant’s race bib must be fully and accurately completed. Participant must attach the assigned bib on the front of his/her running attire. Participant not wearing a bib will be taken off the race route by security officers or route marshals. Participant may be required to start from different start pens based on his/her estimated time of completion. Participant is to assemble in his/her respective start pens that are reflected on his/her bib. Pets, bicycles, in-line skates, prams, push carts, shoes with built-in or attached rollers and any other wheel-run objects are not allowed on the race route. The only exception to this rule is for the 10km Wheelchair categories, where adapted sport wheelchairs are allowed. Only official race and medical vehicles are allowed on the race route. CIBRUN reserves the right to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records (including those displaying the Participant) of the CIB RUN 2023, for any legitimate purpose, including commercial advertising, and the Participant hereby consents to any and all such use. CIBRUN reserves the right to limit and/or refuse race entries without assigning any reason. CIBRUN reserves the right to cancel any race category without prior notice to the Participants. CIBRUN will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete entry details.

4. CANCELLATION

After registration, there will be no fee refund for a Participant who does not eventually take part in the CIB RUN 2023, for any reason whatsoever. A Participant is strictly not allowed to transfer his or her race entry to another party. Any Participant who commences before the actual start time of the race category for which he or she is registered will be disqualified. The start time for the respective race categories can be found on the Official Website. A Participant who does not start within the time given from his or her respective flag off point (23km, 10km) will be disqualified and, for safety reasons, may not be allowed to start.

5. AGE REQUIREMENTS

A Participant must be 16 years and above on event date to participate in the 23km. A Participant must be 13 years and above on event date to participate in the 10km race. Any Participant below the age of 18 on event date is required to seek parental/guardian consent and complete the relevant indemnity and declaration forms when registering online or in-person, failing which CIBRUN reserves the right to refuse entry to that Participant.

6. BAGGAGE DEPOSIT

CIBRUN will not be responsible for any loss and/or damage, personal or otherwise, to the belongings and items deposited at the event baggage storage facility. CIBRUN also reserves the right to open and examine any item or baggage deposited for security purposes.

7. CUT-OFF TIME AND DNF (DID NOT FINISH)

Participants must complete their respective race categories (which they registered for) within the following cut-off times; otherwise, they will be deemed disqualified. (‘DNF’)

• 23KM – 4 hours 00 minutes after last flag off
• 10KM – 2 hours 00 minute after last flag off
• Fun Run 4.5KM – 60 minutes after last flag off

Note: There might be staggered cut-off times at selected sections of the race route. Details of these cut off points will be released closer to race day. For participants’ safety and to avoid being caught in between live traffic, participants must obey as instructed, or they will be pulled off the race course immediately.

Race timings will not be issued to the diverted Participants (“Did Not Finish” would be indicated in the timing issued). They will not be issued an e-Certificate of Participation and their results will show as ‘DNF’ status.

8. RACE CATEGORIES

Participants can choose to participate as an individual. The race categories for individual participation are as follows:

• 23km – Male Open, Female Open
• 10km – Male Open, Female Open

9. FAMILY RUN

The Rules for the Family Run:

The Family Run is non-competitive, therefore, no timing device will be issued and no official timing will be recorded or provided.

Participants must be 5 years and above on event date to participate in the Family Run. Parents or guardians of the Participants of the Family Run must complete the indemnity and declaration form in the online registration form, failing which CIBRUN reserves the right to refuse entry to any Participant. Each participant of the family fun run must purchase an entry (no bib will be provided for parents or guardians of kids running the Family run).

10. RACE ENTRY PACK COLLECTION (‘REPC’)

All Participants must collect their race entry pack (the “Race Entry Pack”) which includes the race bib, timing device (attached to the race bib), and other novelties at the Race Entry Pack Collection location (“REPC”) during the collection period (“Collection Period”), of which details will be stated on the Official Website. If Participants are unable to collect their Race Entry Pack in person, they may empower a duly authorised representative in accordance with the procedure detailed on the Official Website. There will be no collection of race packs out of the stipulated Collection Period. Late collection will not be entertained and CIBRUN shall not be liable for any other loss or inconvenience caused, due to Participant’s inability to collect his/her Race Entry Pack, for any reason whatsoever. For avoidance of doubt, CIBRUN is not obliged to extend the collection period or to ensure that a Participant receives his or her Race Entry Pack. At all times, it is the responsibility of the Participant to collect his or her Race Entry Pack during the Collection Period. Race Entry Packs not collected during the Collection Period will be deemed to be unwanted, and CIBRUN shall be at liberty to dispose or re-distribute them accordingly.

11. RUNNER’S ENTITLEMENT

Running apparel sizes are strictly non-exchangeable. Participants are advised to check the running apparel size chart provided on the registration form before choosing their preferred sizing. All Participants who successfully complete the race in their chosen race category will be awarded a Finisher’s Medal upon presenting their race bib to the respective officials at the Athletes Welfare Area (located at the finishing point). All Finisher’s Medals and T-shirts are to be collected on the race day. No requests thereafter will be entertained. All Participants who successfully complete the race in their chosen race category will be awarded an Electronic-certificate of Participation. The e-Certificate of Participation will be made available on the official website from 12pm, 10 December 2023. This entitlement will not apply to Participants who are unable to complete the race within their respective cut-off time, (disqualified or did not complete the race). The e-certificate will only be available until 30 November 2024.

12. PRIVACY POLICY

CONSENT

By continuing to use CIBRUN’s services, accessing any part of the website www.cibrun.com, registering for the CIBRUN, submitting information to CIBRUN (and/ or its related entities) whether for the purpose of registering for the CIBRUN or otherwise, as well as using any features of the aforementioned website, you signify that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Policy (as amended from time to time) in respect of CIBRUN’s collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. Further, you hereby agree and consent to CIBRUN’s (including its related entities, as well as their respective Agents’), collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, in the manner set forth in this Policy.

SUPPLEMENT

This Policy is meant to supplement any Agreements governing your relationship with CIBRUN (and its related entities), and should be read in conjunction with those Agreements. Further, all consent provided pursuant to this Policy is meant to supplement and not supersede or replace any other consent you may have previously provided to CIBRUN (and its related entities) in respect of your personal information.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

The types of personal information collected by CIBRUN broadly fall within the ambit of the following categories:

Personal Data

This includes the following:

Information which can be linked back to the Participant. For example, the name, gender, date of birth, Passport No., and ID No.;The Participant’s contact information. For example, the mailing address, the area of residence, telephone number, and email address;The Participant’s payment information. For example, the credit card number, the debit card number, the name of the card holder, the card number, the billing address, and the expiration date of the credit/ debit card; The Participant’s health information. For example, whether the participant has any known allergies, or any known medical conditions; and the participant’s technical information. For example, the IP address from which the registration form is accessed, completed and submitted.

Statistical Data

This includes the following:

The number of Participants; and The number of hits to the website www.cibrun.com

For the avoidance of doubt, Statistical data is stored purely for analytical purposes, and is entirely anonymous. Statistical data will not be tied to the Participant record, and will only be aggregated for statistical analysis so that CIBRUN can better understand the Participant’s profile and improve the service offering.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Generally, CIBRUN collects personal information in the following ways:

When you contact CIBRUN (and/ or any of its related entities);When you submit forms or applications to CIBRUN (and/ or any of its related entities) (including but not limited to the Registration Form for the CIBRUN);When you submit queries or requests to CIBRUN; When you submit complaints; When you provide feedback; When you respond to CIBRUN’s request to provide further information; When you visit the website www.cibrun.com; When you submit your personal information to CIBRUN, for any other reasons; and If and when you provide CIBRUN (and/ or any of its related entities) with any personal information relating to a third party (including but not limited to that of a dependent and/ or spouse), by submitting such information to us, you warrant and represent to CIBRUN that you have obtained the consent of that third party, to your providing CIBRUN with their personal information, for the respective purposes.

By providing personal information to CIBRUN (and/ or any of its related entities), you confirm that the information is complete, and accurate, to the best of your belief, and knowledge. Failure to abide by the said requirement, may result in CIBRUN’s inability to fulfill your requests and/ or applications.

PURPOSES FOR COLLECTION, USE AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

Generally, CIBRUN collects, uses, and discloses your personal information for the following purposes:

Further, to the extent permitted by applicable law, CIBRUN may collect, use and disclose your personal information, for the following:
